Terms of Service

Strake is operated by Dalton Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Strake is a proxy for upstream AI APIs. You bring your own API keys; we encrypt them, issue you a disposable endpoint URL and bearer token, and forward your requests to the upstream provider.
2. Your account
Sign-in is by email magic link. You’re responsible for the inbox and device you use. If your inbox is compromised, assume your endpoints are too, and rotate immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Strake to violate the terms of any upstream provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenRouter, etc.).
- Process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Attempt to access another user’s endpoints, credentials, or tokens.
- Scan, probe, or otherwise attack the service. Report vulnerabilities to security@strakelabs.com.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or our security controls.
Violations may lead to endpoint revocation and account termination without notice.
4. Your content
Prompts, completions, and any other content flowing through Strake are yours. We do not inspect, store, or train on them.
5. Upstream providers
You remain subject to each upstream provider’s terms. Strake does not replace or modify them. If a provider bills, rate-limits, or terminates your key, the consequence is the same as calling them directly.
6. Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We will make reasonable effort to keep the proxy available but cannot guarantee uptime.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strake is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months (often zero).
8. Termination
You can stop using Strake at any time by deleting your endpoints. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse or security incidents.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
